Reservations

We highly recommend making reservations in advance, however, feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation for any package.

Arrival

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first service appointment to allow yourself time to check in and begin relaxing.

Late Arrival

Your service will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

We understand life happens and unexpected situations arise. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments may be charged in full.

What if we have to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours?

Just as we understand that life happens, we sincerely appreciate if your service provider falls ill, or has a family emergency. We will give you as much notice as possible, and will happily upgrade your next service with an add on treatment as a Thank You for understanding.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used for services or products of your choice.

You have 30 DAYS from date of Purchase to return or exchange your retail product with your receipt, NO RETURNS ON USED MAKEUP.

Boutique items may be returned for store credit only, within 7 days of purchase, if items are unworn, undamaged with Tags attached and with the original receipt.

For enjoyment and relaxation for all of our clients, we ask that you turn your cell phones off or on Vibrate.

For safety, enjoyment and relaxation for all of our clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 are brought to the salon only when receiving services and accompanied by an adult at all times.
